Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Your legal business name] ("we", "us"), the provider of Klari, an AI mock-interview service. By using Klari you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age or have authority to bind your organization.

The service

Klari lets you practise job interviews with an AI interviewer and receive a written report. One interview per account is free; unlimited interviews require a paid subscription.

Your account

Keep your login details confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or spam use.
• No infringing others' intellectual property or uploading content you have no right to use.
• No malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing usage limits.
• No generating illegal, hateful, or deceptive content, deepfakes, or attempts to jailbreak the AI.

Your content and AI output

You keep ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, and answers you provide, and grant us a limited licence to process them solely to run the service. You are responsible for your inputs and how you use the output. AI responses and reports may be inaccurate and are not professional career, legal, or HR advice. We may remove content, filter outputs, or suspend accounts that break these terms. Rights-holders can report infringement to [your support email]; repeat infringers lose access.

Ownership

We own the service, its software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under your plan.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; after canceling, access continues until the end of the paid period.

Availability

We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. When access ends, your saved interviews may be deleted.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where the law doesn't allow this limitation.
